Welcome to Cedarcrest-Southmoor Elementary’s website. It is a pleasure to join a staff that is so highly respected, and that provides such an enriching educational environment for children. Education is our business and children are our priority. The teachers and staff are committed to providing the best possible education for our children in a safe, orderly and loving environment.

As principal of Cedarcrest, it is both challenging and exciting to work with such talented and dedicated teachers. We enjoy high quality collaboration and cooperation that is supplemented by the Teacher Advancement Program (TAP). This provides the teachers with the opportunity to work together, share ideas, plan instruction and research new strategies to improve students’ learning.
